About Me

My name is Effie Chiotis and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. As a child touch was therapeutic whether I was the giver or receiver and present day I still find touch to have the same affect. 

I have always had a passion for massage and that came at the age of 6 years old and I grew up becoming naturally intuitive when it came to this craft. At the end of the day my happiness comes from making others feel good and educating them on the benefits body work has to offer.

I received my Diploma from the College of Wilmington in Wilmington, NC. Aside from my Massage Diploma I also earned my Certification in Baby's First Massage as an Instructor in Chapel Hill, NC. It is a way to promote a nurturing connection in a time often stressful for the baby and new family. It offers coping skills for common issues such as lack of sleep, heartburn and colic. This technique can also aid with the development of a baby's motor skills.
